Product Description

This is finely carved statue of Jambhala (also known as Dzambhala), the God of Wealth.

Jambhala (also known as Dzambhala, Dzambala, Zambala or Jambala) is the God of Wealth and appropriately a member of the Jewel (Ratna) Family. In Hindu mythology, Jambhala is known as Kubera. Jambhala is also believed to be an emanation of Avalokitesvara or Chenrezig, the Bodhisattva of Compassion.

All the details of this statue — such as the hands, face, etc — are made very carefully and in the details. Each statue has some space inside to be filled by traditional substances.
