This in not a mandala: it is a gem in our collection of ritual goods. You haven't seen such fine cloisonne artistry before, and it is really amazing.
This mandala came from Eastern Tibet, it was made from copper and as was said before decorated with cloissone. You can see fine Ashtamangala — Eight Precious / Auspicious symbols (fishes, umbrella, Dharma wheel etc) — on the rings of this mandala.
