Tibetan Traditional Gao Niche. The gau is an amulete box, generally made of metal and is decored with natural stone, such as turquoise etc. Inside the gau, you can put an iconographic image, a relic, a scroll with mantras, sand that is distributed after the destruction of the mandala, etc.
This gau is decorated with Eight Auspicious Symbols. There is alsp stilized mantra of Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva carved on the back side. The gau is going with the gift box and the brochure describing manufacturing process.
