Returns and Exchanges

We are targeting to offering you the best quality, craftsmanship and service. We also provide actual high quality pictures to give you full impression of the goods you are going to buy.

Any way, if you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it within 15 days for an exchange or refund for the full merchandise amount except our actual expenses for the delivering.

Pay attention, please of the fact that many of our goods are hand-made, therefore minor variations may have place.

Please follow these instructions to initiate your return or exchange:

  •   Contact us by email and await for the confirmation from our side - generally it takes 24 hours;
  •   Carefully pack your item(s) in its original package;
  •   Prepare postal form with our address mentioned below prepay the shipping;
  •   Forward the package to us with standard AirMail (parcel or "petit pacquet" - depends on the weight);


Please check these important remarks as well:

  •   If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days (see "Delivery" for more details);
  •   If we made a mistake on your order, or if you find some internal hidden damages, we will gladly refund your expenses.
  •   We are sorry, but we don't accept returns of opened incense.
